Digital Sales & Account Manager (B2B Focus) – Part or full time possible
We are looking for:
a dedicated client-facing digital sales professional with B2B and digital sales experience, ideally from the cultural, tourism, or tech sector.
- Work with Business and Marketing units to develop an effective B2B sales funnel and sales plans for our target markets
- Implement sales and client strategies to meet revenue goals and KPIs
- Conduct digital and in-person sales activities, prepare and follow up on offers
- Product demos, client onboarding, technical advice to clients
- Track digital media metrics, monitor sales, prepare reports and forecasts
- Ongoing market and client observation for updating strategy and action plans
- Client relations: build strong client relationships to ensure client retention
- 2-3 years of experience in similar positions and hands-on experience in executing digital sales strategies
- Sound knowledge of digital sales processes, funnel strategies, digital platforms, distribution channels, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both orally and in writing (German and English)
- Proven track records to drive B2B sales process from plan to close
- Technical acumen and a data-driven growth mindset
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in digital tools, incl. Hubspot, Google Analytics, Excel, Access, etc.
- A self-starter and a team player with good problem-solving ability
- Bonus: Market knowledge in the cultural and travel sector

- Salary: starts at an industry minimum of €2,615 and is dependent on qualifications and experience
