OROUNDO Mobile GmbH Vienna is developing a platform for culture and tourism aimed at smartphone users. We are looking for a seasoned, reliable person to be assistant to the CEO, as well as to take care of the back-office tasks.

Tasks

  • Assistant to the CEO (travel planning and booking, correspondence)
  • Internal communication with our international offices and stakeholders
  • Pre-filtering of e-mails and other information
  • Preparation and evaluation of events (organization)
  • Preliminary accounting and credit card billing
  • Correspondence with accountants, banks, etc.
  • Administration of contracts, insurances, etc.
  • Personnel Management (overview of worked hours, vacations, accounts of expenses
  • and travel costs)
  • Operations of the Vienna office (ordering office supplies, taking care of petty cash, etc.)

Requirements

  • Experience in accounting and/or HR
  • Excellent command of written and spoken German & English
  • Knowledge of Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian and/or Montenegrin advantageous
  • Experience in proofreading German and/or English texts is appreciated
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Experience in the area of Social Media
  • Reliable and autonomous work ethic
  • High versatility

 

Payment according to the IT-Kollektivvertrag (2,100 € for 38,5 hours), with the potential of overpaying. Entry as of now!
